These terms of service apply to your use of jacksonandashley.com, operated by Jackson & Ashley ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact support@jacksonandashley.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and to give us accurate information when you place an order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or if a product was listed with an error.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph every product on our site accurately, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen settings.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may change prices for future orders at any time, but price changes don't affect orders already placed and confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship it. Payment is taken when you place your order. To cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel any order that hasn't been processed yet.

Shipping

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and delivered in 5 to 9 business days within the US. Shipping is free and tracked. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

You can return items within 30 days from delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics and our logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms and any purchase you make through the site are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This does not take away any protections you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
