Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day start processing that same day. Every order is processed in 1 to 2 business days, then delivered in 5 to 9 business days anywhere in the US. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Shipping is free and tracked on every US order, with no minimum spend.

At the moment we ship to addresses in the United States only.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or head to Order tracking and enter your order number and email.

If your order still hasn't arrived 15 business days after it ships, email us at support@jacksonandashley.com with your order number.

Email support@jacksonandashley.com as soon as you can with your order number and what you'd like changed. Orders are often processed quickly, so once yours is being prepared to ship we may not be able to cancel or change it.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with any tags attached.

Email support@jacksonandashley.com with your order number and the items you want to send back. We reply within one business day with your return instructions. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it over, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted and runs on Shopify's payment system. We never see or store your full card details.
